Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Littman Lights are custom built to order. As of September 2023 we are running about 10-20 days on production of our lights.
Q: What kind of plug / wiring does your light come with?
A: Standard is an 8 foot grounded plug. There are options for longer cords in the product configuration.
Q: Are your lights dimmable?
A: No. If you plug them into a regular 110v dimmer switch it will fry the panels and void the warranty. If you would like to have your electrician make them dimmable it can be done with a separate 0-10v dimmer line. We do not offer advice to individuals who wish to do this so please hire a qualified individual to do so.
Q: How high above the table should I hang the light?
A: At least 48 inches (or 6'6" off the floor) so nobody hits their head on it.
Q: What is the warranty on your lights?
A: 5 year unlimited warranty, and the panels SHOULD last for 20 years or more. Replacement panels are available.
